Review: I do not think I like number four. It looks like a typical action / thriller shoot-em-up bang-bang, but I have the novel Jobim Hughes and James Frey (author thoroughly mistaken.Based I used the pseudonym Pittacus Lore), and adapted by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar (The team behind such TV hits as Smallville, Spider Man 2 Jackie Chan andthe / Owen Wilson in Shanghai Noon / Knights movies), I am Number Four tells the story of John Smith (Pettyfer) and his father Henri (Olyphant). We do not get too much back story (and that's a good thing), when the story begins - the beauty that the audience w Lena's place who does not like a bit of a mystery? John and Henri fled Florida after an incident occurs that almost exposes them and try the loneliness of the city's Paradise, Ohio. Here is where the action slows down a bit, to introduce us to the characters. John has instructed Henri mix and invisible, but it really does not go down as planned. He heard the school principal scolding Sarah (Agron, best known for playing Quinn in Glee TV) problems relating to data protection, he befriends the class monkey, Sam (McAuliffe), E and draw the attention of the school quarterback / bully Mark (AMC). Not bad for a first day, so that part anonymous.The high school drama I Am Number Four fairly typical teenager. Boy meets girl, they will start to fall, the old boyfriend wants her back, threats, confrontations, and was oh yeah .... a trend some really cool superpowers. That's what makes this movie different. John does not know what he is capable of doing it, and not to mention, there are bad guys (even worse teeth), and a very good girl (Palmer) that Elton John and Henri up to find. I do not care what the plot of the back seat, to flesh out the characters ... let me get to know them, you should be pleasant to us to root and cheer them later road.The the last line of the film is definitely not disappoint.
